Carmarthen Quins will welcome Aberavon to Carmarthen Park on Saturday 4 April in the penultimate game of the regular season.
Quins currently sit in sixth position locked on 44 points alongside RGC.
The top six teams will secure their place in the play-offs with the remaining four teams having to battle it out in the Wildcard Round.
With two home games remaining of the regular season Quins will be keen to keep a hold on the sixth spot and avoid the Wildcard round.
There are six changes to the side that travelled to Stadiwm Eirias last week, four personnel and two positional.
Rhys Fawcett returns to the front row alongside Lewis Morgan and Connor Allen. Ryan Bean remains in the second row with former Wales U20s captain Tom Phillips returning to his side. Iestyn Richards, Ben Williams and Lewys Millin continue their partnership in the backrow.
In the backline young scrum half Bowyn Clark is joined by Elis Price, who returns from injury. Ifan Davies moves from outside half to fullback with former Carmarthen Quins youth player Tomos Lewis coming in on the wing for Ilan Phillips.
Lewis is one of five Carmarthen Quins youth graduates in Saturday’s matchday 23, alongside Elis Price, Bowyn Clarke, Jake Bowen and Dylan Rowe.
