Carmarthen Quins will take on Swansea RFC in the Super Rygbi Cymru Plate semi-final on Saturday 28 February.
Due to scheduling conflicts at Dunvant, the semi-final clash will be held at Gowerton RFC, kick-off 14:30.
Four changes have been made to the side that headed to north Wales last weekend for the final group game of the Super Rygbi Cymru Cup.
Rhys Fawcett returns to the front row at loosehead prop, lining up alongside captain Shaun Evans and tighthead prop Connor Allen.
Tom Phillips and Lee Taylor link up in the second row with Ryan Bean and Iestyn Wood moving to the replacements bench.
The only change in the backline sees Jac Howells start at inside centre with Gabe McDonald named on the bench for Scarlets’ URC clash against Edinburgh on Friday evening.
Scarlets Academy’s loosehead prop Hudson Nevin, who is also in Richard Wiffin’s Wales U20s Six Nations squad, will make his Quins debut should he come on to the pitch from the replacements bench.
